Inspired by MissJenFABULOUS

Hello my beautiful friends,

Here I am after 1 week to show you something I've been working on. This manicure is inspired by MissJenFABULOUS whom is simply amazing and I love her nail art tutorials which are just so simple to do using the things you have around your house.

This manicure I would personally call it 'dots over dots' and you'll know what I mean in a while.

So here is the tools that you would be needing for this manicure:
  1. Base coat (if you have) - Elianto
  2. White nail polish (use this as your base if you don't have a base coat) - Elianto
  3. 3 nail polish colours of your choice - Sinful Colors
  4. Dotting tools
  5. Bobby pins (if you don't have dotting tools)
  6. Top coat - Sally Hansen; Diamond Shine

The process of doing this nail art tutorial (PS: sorry don't have all the pictures for the steps) or you can view MissJenFABULOUS video:
  1. Apply a base coat to protect your nails and if you don't have a base coat you can use the white nail polish as your base coat.
  2. Then apply the white nail polish onto your nails.
  3. When it is dry take any colour of your choice and draw a quarter circle at the side of you nail and fill it in. Do the same for all your nails.
  4. When that is dry take your biggest size dotting tool (or bobby pin) and dip it into the same colour of your nail and dot it at the edges of the curve (4 dots).
  5. Do the same above those big dots, do smaller dots above the big one's using the same colour.
  6. Once that is dry you can take your white polish and using the same dotting tools, take the biggest  size and dot it onto the big dotted circles. On the circles.
  7. For the smaller dots using the same white nail polish place those dots below the big white dots and do about 3-4 circle depending how long your finger nails are.
  8. Then finally apply a topcoat for the finishing touch.

Hope you likes this manicure.
Do try it and let me know how yours turned out to be.

With Love,
Abigail

I tried it....

Good Morning my beautiful friends,

Hope you're all doing awesome today and have an awesome day ahead!

Today I want to share about my new nail polishes. I finally had a chance to try a few of them on myself and my mum. I tried Essie's nail polish and Sinful Colors nail polishes too. Here are the nail polishes that we tried on....

This Essie Nail Polish is called 'tart deco' (584). It is a soft...nude-ish...pinkish looking colour. It is a colour that is neutral to be worn anytime and anywhere. The quality of this polish is good. You can apply 1 coat but I applied 2 coats for my mum to see the colour pop out. Do have a try!
Well here I wanted to try out both Essie and Sinful Color nail polishes to see how they blend together. The Essie Nail Polish is called 'peach daiquiri' (560) and the Sinful Color Nail Polish is called 'LET'S MEET' (928).
The Essie nail polish needed only 1 coat as it was a thick formula and the colour came out very strong indeed.
The Sinful Color nail polish actually has micro gold glitter in it and you may not be able to see it through the bottle until you apply it onto your nails.
I find this combination a fun, out in the sun kind of colour to go about with for a picnic or a day at the beach for fun. Do try out this colours and let me know what you think about it.

The 'PURPLE DAY'. Well these colours come from the same family of purple yet different at the same time as you can see from the picture.
The Essie Nail Polish is called 'the lace is on' (1039). It has an amazing formula as 1 coat is just more than enough to apply onto your nails. It has a thick coat so be careful when applying it on your nails as it get can kind of sloppy.
Well for the Sinful Color Nail Polish is called 'I MISS YOU' (930). This is not only a glitter nail polish but it has a light purple background to it. Through the bottle it may look as if it is a dark purple colour but it is a very light colour indeed. Through the picture if you can see I applied the Sinful Color glitter nail polish over the Essie's nail polish to make it pop out. Do check it out and let me know if you like these colours.

I know some of you may be asking, 'how am I to find this nail polishes in Malaysia?'
Yes it is all imported from the USA and it isn't easy finding it in our local shopping malls but I've managed to find some online Malaysian stores that do sell these nail polishes. Here are some of them and they are all Malaysian stores.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog and I'l update you on more of my nail polish collections and designs very soon.

With Love,
Abigail

RIP MH370

Hello my amazing friends,

I want to take this time to share on MH370. It has been 17th days (8th March 2014) since MH370 went missing. It was heading towards Beijing, China and then vanished and was never able to be found or contacted. There were rumours it may have been hijacked, crashed, landed in a different place and etc but nothing was really confirmed until today.

I personally felt very troubled like everyone else did as we had no idea how can a plane just vanish without a trace into thin air without any signals or signs from the radar or satellite or etc.
I had no idea what was going on but in my heart I was hoping they've just landed somewhere safe and sound even with no contact we will still find them somewhere and somehow we will do it no matter how long it takes.

I may not be part of the investigation but I just kept praying because that's the only I could do and just kept doing it until when the plane would come back. I didn't know how it would feel like to be in that position but I was as worried, confused, questioning and waiting just like everyone else did and kept watching and listening to the news on the latest updates of MH370.

Today our Malaysian Prime Minister confirmed that MH 370 has crashed into the Indian Ocean on the news.

It is very saddening as I wasn't at all hoping for this to happen as I was still wanting and just waiting to know that the people are safe and well somewhere and will come back home to their families but this wasn't the case. It is not going to be easy as this time for the families are going to continue questioning people, authorities and God on how this could happen and why did it happen???
Let us continue to pray for this families as they seek for answers may God speak into their hearts and give them peace in this difficult moments and times of mourning.

Dear families of MH370, you're not forgotten, you are still in our prayer and my prayers for your families in this time of need. We are here by your side to support you all the way through. God Bless you all.

With love,
Abigail Jaraja

FINALLY a DREAM come TRUE

Hello my beautiful readers,

After years searching for Essie my dad was going on business trip to the States and since my cousin's have settled there I asked them to help me find Essie Nail Polishes for me. My dad tried so much but he couldn't so he got me Sinful Colours which were about 6 bottles and I didn't expect that much either. Since he was busy in his meetings he asked my cousin sister to find Essie nail polishes for me and she did and so did my dad. Like FINALLY!!! WHOOOOAAAA!!!

He didn't tell me he found Essie nail polish so I just didn't want to keep my hopes up until he got home and told me he found it. I have Essie nail polish about 8 bottles plus Sinful Colors 6 bottles altogether 14 nail polishes from USA. Which is obviously cheaper in their currency compared to Malaysian currency. Here they are, my beautiful colours. I have not try them yet because I have been busy with assignments at college that's why all my post are short and simple but I do try them out I'll surely updated all of you on the quality of these nail polishes in my opinion yea...

Will keep you all posted as soon as I try these colours out

Lots of LOVE,
Abigail

OPI

Hello my dearies,

So my mum went to Australia weeks ago and I asked if she could find for me some Essie Nail Polish as it is one of my favourites and she said she would try. She kept searching high and low and so did my cousin's but they couldn't find any then in the she bought OPI Nail Polish without knowing its actually one of the most expensive Nail Polishes in Malaysia.
Personally I am not a big fan of OPI Nail Polish even though all my friend were like its the best Nail Polish ever but exactly for me but I accepted them anywhere as a gift from my mum. She's just too sweet.

If any of you have any idea on OPI and which colour is the best do feel free to comment below and share your experience with me.

Thank you my lovelies,
